Course Description
In this enlightening and powerful study, you will learn what faith really is and how it operates. It gives a clear and biblical understanding of the operation of faith in the life of the believer and teaches how to settle for nothing less than the highest level of faith that can be rendered to our Father’s service.
OBJECTIVES
After completing this course, the student will be able to:
- Describe how the Faith and Prosperity message has stunted the spiritual growth of the Church.
- Outline the importance of studying the Word from God’s perspective.
- Explain, using supporting scriptures, the role of proper perspective as it relates to the unity of the Faith.
- Explain the mystery of Christ that was hid in God.
- Explain the meaning of ‘dispensation’ using the Dispensation of the Law and the Dispensation of Grace.
- Explain in your own words the meaning of perspective based on this lesson.
- Explain, using scriptural support, how the Word can affect or produce an effect in the heart of an individual.
- Using scriptural references, explain the term ‘we were by nature children of wrath’.
- Describe using the life of Abraham, God’s response when we believe from the heart.
- Explain how we know that the Faith of God is effectual.
- Explain faith as outlined in Hebrews 11:1.
- Explain, using scriptural support, the difference between the blessings of the Old Covenant and those of the New Covenant.
- Explain why we know that Faith is the Holy Ghost.
